Ms. Farzana Ashfaq With over a decade of experience in fashion design, tailoring, and beauty therapy, Ms. Farzana Ashfaq stands as a beacon of empowerment for women across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. A graduate of the University of Peshawar and holder of a professional diploma in Dress Making & Fashion Designing, she has dedicated her career to transforming lives through skill-based education.

As a Master Trainer and Vocational Coordinator, Ms. Farzana has led multiple donor-funded initiatives focused on women’s economic empowerment, including her current role with SUBHASH Educational Complex under the UNHCR-funded Skills for Decent Employment project, where she trains Afghan refugee women in livelihood skills.
